You keep ownership of the videos and images you record or upload. You grant us permission to process them (including sending them to our AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy) solely to provide the analysis and features to you.
Use the app only for your own performance analysis. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, don’t upload footage of other people without their permission, and don’t misuse, copy, or interfere with the app.
The scores, feedback, and comparisons are AI-generated and provided for training and informational purposes only. They are estimates, can be wrong, and are not professional coaching, scouting, medical, or fitness advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for health or injury concerns.
Any references to professional players are used only to describe playing style for comparison. They are not endorsements by, and imply no affiliation with, those players or their clubs.
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
